i really dont know how to set up my diet. i finally decided no more fast food. its going to be real hard considering my sister just opened a diner and i can get all the free food i want! ever since i was little i always like eating the good foods, but i also eat alot of crap. i reall dident have an eating schedule so i ate when ever i was hungey. alot of times this happened right before i went to sleep. today i decided that i am gonig to set up some type of 3 meal a day plan.
workout:
i am a member of worlds gym in dedham ma. but i hardly ever go. i decided to stop wasting my money and get ready for the spring time. when i usuall go ill prob run on the treadmill for 1 mile, the the stail glider for 20 mins and then lift a lil bit. ill do weight training for my upper body one day and my lower body the next. my usually gym visit is under 1 hour.
Goals:
to set up and maintain a healthy eating schedule
develop an at home morning/night workout plan
lean some proper streaches for before my gym workout
to loose about 30 lbs and tighten up my body
improve my over all health including oral care, hands and feet and stamina
