Very quick breakfast

Hi

I was wondering what would be an appropriate quick breakfast? Read another topic about breakfast but most of it sounded like a minor project. I can only use about 15minutes on my breakfast, so it must be fast.

Any great recipes? Also when you write the ingredients please write the known word for it, because I'm not used to english food-terms so i didn't understand the most of the things in the other topics about food and preparation. :p

Well, for my breakfast I just cook up some oatmeal and have a couple hard boiled eggs minus the yolk. Since it takes a good 10-15 minutes to boil the eggs, I cook them before I go to bed and put them away for the morning. Of course, this is just a suggestion.

Well, I don't have time for the preparation in the evening. I just don't get it done. I usually eat oatmeal with milk and sugar but I actually don't like it very much. Any other suggestions are welcome

oatmeal with honey is great, i never liked honey, mainly because of the smell but cook the oatmeal (i always use milk) and stir a tablespoon in.

banana is good, but i found raisins went all chalky. my family all do and always have used golden syrup but i had to kick that out right away.

it only takes 10 mins to boil eggs, do a dozen and they'll keep for 3 days in the fridge.

Well, i would actually like to try something without oatmeal. I just had enough of it for a while! :)

I throw some precooked canadian bacon and egg whites on the skillet. Takes about 5 minutes. I also enjoy energy start cereal with skim milk and a scoop of protein powder.

I hear that!

I use 4 whites, 1 yolk on buttered wheat bread. Glass of 3oz choco milk, 8 oz white milk, 4oz better n eggs.

Mine's close Tony, 1 whole egg/1 egg white in a microwave dish, with a drop of olive oil and pepper (stirr well)...cook for about 40 seconds and stirr again. At this time put in a slice of whole wheat bread in the toaster. Cook the eggs for another 40 seconds then put on top of the bread...yum!
