very depressed

hi,
it took me 2 years to get my body toned up
now ive been lifting heavy weights for strenght and realise after 2 weeks when i looked at myself in the mirror i had lost the body i had before, it jus looked like a chunk of meat :( . but i know ive put on muscle

is there a way to keep ur body toned aswell as put muscle on ?

Clean bulking, it's not as easy as just shoving in 200g+ of protein and other foods, but it'll keep you lookin good nekkid
 
does that mean i cut down in fat intake and just pure carbs and proteins?
should i also do 1 day workout with high reps and low weights?
 
if i do high reps of 1 excersise for each muscle which im working out at the end of my workout sessions could i get big as well as toned????
