Vein Poppers

I was wondering if anyone could explain to me exactly what's wrong with veins popping out?

Is it good or bad for you..? Or it doesn't really matter?
I here many story's why this happens (when veins pop out) like not drinking enough water brings out veins...But when i work out i have gotten some permanent veins that have been popped out..But what i want to know is what exactly causes this and is it something that's good or bad for you...?

----

Have you got a vein popper image? What are you waiting for post it and let us check it out!

Cheers

Plus, when you work out, your muscles need more oxygen, hence the reason your veins look so big and awesome when you're lifting weights :)

Vascularity is VERY sexy (not on a skinned cadaver, though) ;)

I knew I kept this pic in photobucket for a reason;)

Ewwww ... that's a little extreme for me, but he's only going to look like that when he's competing. He'll look normal once he starts eating again :D

I prefer a milder form of vascularity ;)

I borrowed it off my dead brother. :)

No, no, LOL

Yes its my left forearm with palm up.

I may post one after I workout, its pretty sick, lol.

Best wishes

Yer dude that's sick!, I wanna see what it looks like right after a workout...I don't think we would even be able to see your arm...To Many veins!

Is your forearm the only place where you get that many veins?

My right forearm is far worse than my left.

Well, at least I know I being fed blood good, and if I get hurt or something, they will have no trouble finding a vein to work with. ;)

Next to my forearms, my front deltoids get pretty wicked sick after a workout. They can get pretty nasty looking after doing a set of renegade rows, Military Press (alternating front of head/back of head), etc. The third would have to be the lower abdomen, and in front of the obliques (especially coming off of a low-carb and entering 24 hour carb-up period). I have very good definition in the core, but not really too many veins to speak of, I expect I would have to reach 6% or so (which I am not going to do, it would be far too difficult to hold each day: understatement of the day). The fourth is the rear traps (as seen from the back side).

I will post a pic of the forearms after a upper workout for a comparison.

Best regards,

Chillen
