Hi All,
Well, I really got into forums back in March and I have several that I frequent. I am hoping this one will be helpful. I am really disgusted with myself and need to do something now. I am 35 and weigh 310 lbs. I have worked out on and off, dieted and all that my whole life but am hoping this time will be the real deal. I need something to help me stay accountable. I joined a gym (again) on Thursday and want to lose weight, add muscle and just get healthier. Look forward to learning from and sharing with others here.
