UtOh.... Upper Body?

Hey everyone,

So I have been losing weight for almost a year now, and ive dropped 65 pounds (yay) but there is one thing I cant figure out. I LOVE to run, and I run pretty often. My legs are amazingly chizeled and are thinning out quickly. I also went from a 44 to a LOOSE 34.

But from my waist up, there is still so much flab... How can I get rid of that fat?!? Back, Chest, and Stomach.

Cardio works only so much, I dont want my legs to thin out too much.

Are you doing any resistence training along with the cardio? Or are you only doing cardio? Also, how's your nutrional plan?
