I am 5ft 8, weight 145 and want to get down to about 135 for the summer. I am 17 years old and female. Please don't tell me dieting at this weight or age is unnecessary- I just want some help
My new diet is:
Breakfast: Glass of Fruit Juice, Fruit and Fibre cereal with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: Cream crackers, Apple
Dinner: Vegetable Soup
I don't do much exercise but I don't sit on my bum all day either, I walk round college and cycle about a mile a day at a really gentle pace. I can only eat 3 meals a day, and I can't change lunch as thats the healthiest it gets out of cafeteria food.
Basically I would really appreciate any help on the suitability of my diet and how fast I will be able to lose the weight. How much will I have lost in 4 weeks time?
