Hi, I'm new here, I'll probably write an intro a little later.
But my quick question is.....I have been losing weight the healthy way, eating about 1200 calories a day of good for me food. But for some reason almost every day my stomach becomes upset at one point or another. Why is this? I'm eating well, exercising, all that. I'm only used to my stomach hurting when I have overeaten or whatnot. Any insights?
