upper back..

my upper back always seems tense.. muscle plains.. it gets anoying >.<
could it be because im building a lot of muscle really fast? :-s
more rest? i have a 4 day routine 4th day being rest (day 2 is back). and my ttraps are sore but i havent worked on them :-/

and latly my shirt have been leaving red marks on my body [they look like strech marks but they go away after 2 days] what gives?
keep in mind that i started taking creatine 3 weeks ago. and ive noticed big gains..
