Recently, I've uped my calories a bit (from 1700- 1900), i dropped about 2-3 pounds on the scale but i'm not sure why. do you guys have any explanation for this? thank you
Sometimes if your not eating enough cal you will put your body in like a starvation mode and it will store fat not shed it... so sometimes that may be why... water gain maybe it also.. What is your diet like?
Another possibility is that you have translated the increased intake of energy into more exercise, and burned even more calories than you increaed your intake.
i'm currently on the slim fast diet (snack bar and meal bar in morning) lunch, noodles, or half of burrito (school), and dinner, pasta. i've been eating more fruits like watermelon and i added some carbs like breads. thank you
