Update 4

Hey everyone, Wesrman and Chillen,

I thought it was time for another update given that I've been quiet for a few months since my university finals and all the upheaval since then.

Here's a quick summary to explain:

- I began my weight loss on here on December 13th 2008 at around 275lbs
- Next Update was on February 16th 2009 at 245lbs
- Next Update was on April 14th 2009 at 220lbs.
- A 55lb loss in 122 days.

That was my last post, so now as of August 16th 2009, I weigh exactly 210lbs. My original ideal weight in my mind, which may have been somewhat warped given how overweight I was (or that I never expected to be able to do it.. as there was so far to go) was 220lbs. While I've beaten that, I've gone soft and my progress even with the circumstances is too slow.

My ultimate target is 185lbs, a weight that suited me and was exactly (well 187lbs) what I weighed the week before I left for university in 2005 :)

My target right now is 195lbs so a 15lb loss.

I guess I know what I have to do, but this site really helped with the motivation, and any tips or reminders anyone can offer are very welcome.

That is awesome!

That is alot of weight in my opinion to lose in that short amount of time..what is your process?? You are a very good motivation to people like myself.
