Hey again guys!
Thought it was time for another little update so here goes. To put it into context for those who don't know:
- I began my weight loss on here on December 13th 2008 at around 275lbs
- Next Update was on February 16th 2009 at 245lbs
- Today, April 14th 2009, having just weighed myself, I am *drum roll*
- *220lbs, or exactly 16 stone, or 100kg*
A 55lb loss in 122 days.
My next target is 200lbs, which would have my BMI just scrape into the 'Normal' category (6ft 2 male). Right now, my jeans are just looking silly on me and I've been able to wear a suit for the first time in 4 years, which I'm proud of
Any tips for motivation or just anything you would like to contribute would be deeply appreciated.
