Hey everyone, I am new to the forum!
I am 22 years old and I am studying my second degree at university and I also work part time as a support worker looking after adults with severe disabilities!
I love meeting new people, and have joined this forum to learn and share some tips for weight loss! I am 5 foot 7 and weigh just over 18 stone! I want to get down to about 11 stone! Anyhow, nice to meet everyone!
