Unintentional Weight Loss/Weight gain?

Well, honestly, I kind of figured I would be done on here for a while, just occasionally getting on what people were talking about for the hell of it; I've basically done my weight loss stuff. I got down to a weight that was pretty satisfactory, definitely within the BMI range.... still had a bit of a gut but given where I started, I felt pretty good about it.

So, I kind of stopped running/watching what I eat. I jogged occasionally but didn't really pay attention to my eating habits. Initially, that was pretty healthy, as I'd been driving pretty hard. Recently, though, I noticed I was kind of overdoing the "relaxation" bit. So, I went up to the gym for only the 7th or 8th time in two months, and weighed myself for the first time in three months. Lo and behold, I had lost ten pounds. This was kind of worrisome, as I wasn't even trying to lose weight and my doctor had cautioned me about losing too much weight. To add to the strangeness, 1) if anything, my gut is a little bigger now and 2) I just experienced a growth spurt, which would theoretically lead to weight gain, right? I thought maybe I lost muscle, but I had not too much muscle to begin with. The only place I really had substantial muscle was my legs and - as you can probably guess - it magically remained pretty intact. So does anyone have any idea what might be happening here? To recap, I lost a high amount of weight for not trying at all. I didn't have much muscle to lose and I grew about an eighth inch over the time period. If anything, I think my stomach is a little bigger; either way, I clearly did not lose any fat. Any help/knowledge is appreciated.

I wouldnt stress too much. thats not a huge amount of loss for the time it took at all. In fact 10b for a month would be only borderline.
