uneven weight loss

I've been losing some weight lately and looking in the mirror, it's become apparent that most of this weight is coming off of the right side of my body. This is causing me to look a little bit lopsided, especially in the manboob area. At first I was only seeing it in my upper body and attributing it to my right-handedness, but now I'm noticing this in other places like my hip area and legs. Is this normal?

My weight loss experience seems to lose weight from bottom up. I think eventually it evens out, if you keep up exercising and healthy eating. I thought I was lopsided in the manboob area, too, but it evened out with consistent healthy habits.

Definitely normal. One side of your body is probably a bit longer and/or stronger than the other, or you might shift your weight when you exercise. When I run, I tend to push off with my left foot and swing my right, which is longer - it's subtle but my legs show a slight difference. It's probably not that big of a difference and it'll even out.

why don't you try slimimg creams...they can be of great help in your case...though your problem seems to be unsual to me. have you talked about it to your doctor.

i have found this slimming cream for you..Ocean slimming cream

My right side used to be stronger and therefore for example my right boob is smaller (bigger muscle underneath etc... made the actual boob smaller). Now I carry around 10 kg of baby on my left hips at almost all times and that has sterted to "even" me out, because my left arm is getting stronger. Still 1 boobie is bogger than the other and that happens to all f us ladies!
Everyone's body is "uneven", nature is just not mirror image perfect. Also the insides of your are different on the right and left side, so why should the outside be exactly identical?

I think if it gets extreme, you may want to ask a specialist, you have probably been doing too much exercise with one side and not enough with the other I'd think, but if it is just a tad, that is probably normal.

P/s: the fat loss cream is BS! Needs no genius to see that creams cannot reduce your weight!

Similarity

I have similar issues, been fat all my life, yet now when losing weight I am losing it from the right, and not near the same from the left so I am lopsided. I will discuss this more with the one who posted this thread. Email me at: WraithoftheEons@yahoo.com

I want to talk please.
