Underneath all the layers...of fat there is a Hidden Hottie somewhere in here!
Hi, I'm Hidden Hottie. I'm a 23 (almost 24) female from Texas and am 5'6. I am actually joining after a little bit of weight loss this last year. Last August I weighed 269 lbs!!!! But now I am down to between 240-245 (I haven't weighed myself this last week.)
The good news is I think I've finally figured it out (yeah right, lol
) I have figured out that cardio + starving myself does not = weight loss. It equals me getting really depressed and eating everything in the fridge including the Bocca Burgers (yuck!). So, I have started to combine my cardio with weight lifting and eating. What a concept, eh? And, I have seen more results the last two weeks than I have the last year. AKA-I dropped from a size 22 jeans to a 20 last Friday! And even those jeans are kinda baggy! Woohoo!
So, what else do I do other than bust my butt in the gym? I like to sing, listen to music 24/7, and I am also an aspiring writer. Eventually I would like to take up the following hobbies: Running (I have started this and am training for my first 5K in December), Kayaking, Biking (I got a bike last month, but it is so hot here!), and ballroom dancing.
Today I was feeling kind of mopey, and found myself stuffing two Reeses peanut butter cups in my mouth. So, I thought, what the hey? Maybe there is some motivation to be found online. That is the story of how I got here. Hope it wasn't too boring.
