Well, I've been sort of watching myself for about 6 months now, ever since I moved from Houston to London. I started out at 200lbs and just from a change in eating habits/diet and also b/c I have to walk everywhere now, I've lost 13lbs. I've sort of hit a plateau now for about a month. I'd really like to continue losing, just need to keep at it I guess, take a more pro-active approach. I'm going to try this whole water challenge thing.
