Uh my introduction.

Hi there,
So here's a bit about me I'm 17 years old and coming up to my 18th birthday in October, I've always had a very large bone structure, and have always been bigger then everyone else. But in recent years (begining of high school) I have started stacking on the weight, when I began year 8 I was 65 kilos.
I am now
155kgs (341 lbs?)
175cm tall
BMI: 51?

A little about my life: I am a vegetarian have been all my life, when I was 13 I begin smoking (quit last year packed on nearly 40 kilos). I always knew I was overweight just I never really took notice of it because I was happy but recently, I was hangingout with a friend we we're eating chips just being our normal selves, I ate the hole bag in 10 minutes a 175g bag and I was still hungry. Since I can remember I never really feel full, I just eat and eat and eat..

I now really want to get my health/weight everything into gear. Hoping i'll be able to get alot of tips and such for here.
 
you've come to the right place for tips...

start reading the stickied threads aroudn the forum -there's a ton of good information and it's your choice what you do with it.... Read around and ask questions...
