ughh weight gain

Okay so for weeks now ive been not so good ever since nov 5 th around there ive been eating whatever i want ice cream , chocolates etc. and i gained all my weight back...im so diassapointed and its my fault. I just dont know how to control it..after a month i get so bored with the same foods and not eating yummy stuff and i get tired of doing the exercices.....
So now im back on track trying this again for the millionth time!!! im 145 and i want to get down to 120. and that not much there are so many people i see that weigh more than 100 pounds and now there healthy and skinny!! and i cant even lose 27 pounds???.....ya my fault so im trying this again im only 21 ive looked better before and i still want to look gd at my age , and just feel better about myself.

there's your problem right there...

Change up your food plan - don't look at it as a diet where you are depriving yourself - eat "yummy" stuff - just make it work within your calorie range...

it's been said on this site a bazillion times - Diets do not work long term... it's the rest of your life, you need a lifestyle change... Make your food work within your calorie range..
 
yes i try and i actually did eat stuff that i liked but i kept in under my calories...
i eat pasta and breads and people say the carbs make you gain more weight. so if i dont eat that then i wont know what else to eat i do get tired of eating fruits and veggies. i know what chocolate and the gd stuff taste like so im tempted to eat it. but i agree with what you say i just have to change it up but still keep my calories where it should be.
 
pasta and bread do not contribute to weight gain - calories do...

Spend some time reading the stickied threads in the forum, especially in nutrition -there's lots of myths that can be dispelled...
