Fair enough. I stick with the 1 meal a day system. I wake up and start my meal, take a few breaks to enable training and stop at bedtime. It's worked wonders for me so far.
Originally I did it because I needed to increase my intake and couldn't do it with set number of meals, now it's just habit and makes it very easy to increase or decrease intake as required.

Tough times getting onto the forum to update. I think I will link my post from my blog as I go.

Crazy: Try it man! Haha I think you will find you can easily manage 24. You do 8 hours when you sleep already. Also your eating regiment sounds a lot like Warrior's Diet....I did it before...works quickly but hard to manipulate for it to continue to work well (for me).

Gold: Ya, I get the attitude issues too with fasting. Feel like I'm going to go nuts, but I keep in mind... I'm doig this for recreation...there are plenty of humans STUCK with fasting as a lifestyle from different circumstances.
