Ok, i know it sounds kinda lame in the title, being a rip-off of the one-derland scheme, but i would like to start a club for all those whose ideal and goal weights are in the 200's. For those people who will look and feel good in the 200's. I know that I will never again in my life weigh under 200 pounds (havent since i was maybe a 5th grader, and my LBM now is about 240 pounds, even at an estimated 45% bodyfat).

So, to start, my goal weight is 275. depending on how much lean weight i lose along the way, i may drop to 250 if need be. from there on, i will shift to strength building (note this is NOT bulking).

Now, i just hope I am not the only person whose goal weight is in the 200's, lol...
