Two-a-days?

How does everyone feel about two-a-day workouts? I know they are very popular for men & for athletes, but I wasn't sure how beneficial they were for women.


I am wanting to lose 10 pounds or a little more in 24 days, as well as tone up as much as possible. I wondered if a reduced calorie intake & working out twice a day every other day combined with single workout 2 days a week & 1 day of rest would be beneficial.

I must admit I prefer to work out once in a day. In fact the few times I have tried twice a day have exhausted me! But I don't think there is anything wrong with it in principle if you have the time and the energy.


That said, it probably does depend on the nature of your workout. If I was going to work out more than once in a day I would probably split the weight and cardio and core work.
