I'm interested in hearing from anyone that is currently or has done "two a days" in the past. It seems though my weight-loss is beginning to plateu a little and I want to try and kick start it in overdrive. I'm not sure if the best plan would be to increase my current workout time and intensity or go to two a day. This would be working out in the morning, some form of cardio/strength combo with core exercises. Then I would go to a DVD workout program at home in the later night closer to bed, such as TaeBo or P90X.
Right now I am doing 2-3 days of strength training, 2 days of spinning, 2 days of eliptical/bike/run, 1 days of TaeBo Amp'd, and 1 day of core. Most workouts last 40-60 minutes.
Anyone been here and done that kind of thing?
