Twitter humiliation diet?

Never heard of it, but I think it's a bad idea to base lifestyle changes on humiliation and/ or other negative emotions. Diets need to be primarily self-driven at the end of the day, or they won't work.

Hmm, risking humiliation if I fail is an excellent motivator for me, not that I know anything about this twitter thing, but I don't think that risking negative consequences by not adhering to your goals is implicitly bad or horribly or wrong. Making bets that involve a shitton of money or swearing to run naked through the streets showing all my blubbering fat if I didn't achieve such and such weight loss goal is excellent for me :)

Wouldn't work for me. I'd just tell people to go and fornicate themselves. I'm nearly 350 lbs....seriously, humiliation is something that is happening on a daily basis. Doesn't do anything for my motivation, on the contrary.
