Tweaking the routine

Hello again,

I am now working on tweaking my exercise routine a little. Is aerobic exercise twice a day with strength training once a day (7 days a week) too much? Or does it depend on how much sleep/downtime my body has?

aim for cardio 4-5 days a week 45 minutes tops per session

Weight training shoot for 3-4 days at a moderate intensity, if you lift real intense, maybe 2 days maximum.

For instance, Im in a strength gaining mode, so I work out 2 days a week with weights, do 3 HIIT sessions and 2 slow cardio sessions a week.
