Tweaked my neck...

I tweaked my neck doing deadlifts today and had to cut my workout short because it was getting worse and worse. At one point the pain was the whole way up the side of my head giving me headaches, but it really seems to have died down....

Do you think it'd be smart to workout tomorrow if I only do pushing lifts, because it only seems to irritate it when i'm pulling. Or should i rest altogether?
 
see how you feel in the morning, see what you feel then, if you get doms or can't turn your head one direction. first thing i would do is cold / hot treatment before bed, and massage it with fingers for like 5 min...3rd post of the day all with the word massage? but anyway, streach that neck tomorrow, and go from there.
