Hi. I'm a freshman in college and in a fraternity. I have always played many sports and am an athletic kid but o have gained the freshman 20 or so. I never had a flat stomach and still had a waist of usually 34 and now a 36. I really want to be around 30 and want to lose 30 or so pounds. I want to be able to walk on the beach comfortably. I am also the quarterback for my frat intarmural football team. I hate running. Working out is ok but I need like a set routine to do well. I eat decent, probably not enough fruit and too many snack. What is the quickest way to lose 20 or so. I'm goin to the bahamas in a month in a half.
