Turning 19 close to 200 pounds

Hi. I'm a freshman in college and in a fraternity. I have always played many sports and am an athletic kid but o have gained the freshman 20 or so. I never had a flat stomach and still had a waist of usually 34 and now a 36. I really want to be around 30 and want to lose 30 or so pounds. I want to be able to walk on the beach comfortably. I am also the quarterback for my frat intarmural football team. I hate running. Working out is ok but I need like a set routine to do well. I eat decent, probably not enough fruit and too many snack. What is the quickest way to lose 20 or so. I'm goin to the bahamas in a month in a half.

How can you say you eat decent if you don't eat enough fruit and eat too many snacks? Eating fruits FOR snacks would be much better.

No soda. No sugar. No refined flour. No processed food. Meat, fish, chicken, dairy, & produce. Nothing pre-made.

Yes, you could lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks. You need a 100% clean diet, you need to put in some high intensity weight training and cardio. You play football, yet you hate to run???????

You need to burn more calories than you take in. And to drop 20 lbs in 6 weeks, the caloric differential will have to be pretty steep. Eat clean, bust your ass in the gym, and get at least 8 hrs sleep a night.
