Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and I am ready to embark on my weight loss journey! I am 23 years old and a nursing student, unfortunately I am super overweight. About a year ago, I had lost about 45 pounds and because of school and my own laziness, I regained 25 of it back
Sometimes I just feel so bad that I ate my way back to half the weight and it discourages me; but no more, I am ready to start over
I also have another major motivating factor, I'm getting married in July so I want to lose a good amount of weight! Any good suggestions or advice on how to begin, please bestow upon me your wisdom!!
