Trying to to loose 10lbs

Hi there,

Im newcomer! Just wanted to post a thread about loosing 10 pounds.Im a male and My current weight right now is 157lbs want to drop to 147. I exercise everyday for 2hrs lots of cardio. Im also a vegetarian.

How tall are you? That seems awfully light for a full grown male.

And why are you not interested in muscle maintenance?
 
It's easy to lose weight.

But that's not the same thing as losing fat while maintaining muscle.

The latter will leave your physique and performance good.

The former will not.
