Trying to Lose Weight? Study Says Avoid Potatoes

Yes it is right that potatoes are also the reason for extra weight. We have to eat healthy food always..So keep away from the potatoes if you want to have a good health...
 
There is nothing wrong with potatoes or 'white foods'. Just eat to your body's macro and you will be fine. People over eat, then cry and when questioned state things such as 'i eat healthy' or 'it was only a small portion'. Guarantee you it isn't true, unless of course they have some medical condition, but some people also place the blame on this by self-diagnosis.
