So I'm 15, I'm about 5' 7" and I weight about 155. I'm not fat, but I do have a bit of belly and chest fat that I'd like to get rid of by summer. To get an idea of how much fat it doesn't hang over my belt when I stand, but muffin tops when I sit down. Anyways, I'm enrolled in a gym, and I've been doing my best to eat better (for example, I stopped buying pizza at lunch every day). I've also been trying to eat more eggs, oatmeal, and fruits. I also sometimes have a cup of milk with a scoop of protein powder and a banana mixed in as a snack. But honestly, I just feel like completely cutting out all junk food isn't really an option. I feel like I need some sort of rule to stick by. I also don't think it will take much to slim down, as most of the people in my family tend to be skinnier (not really sure if that has an effect), and I assume I have a higher metabolism since I'm younger. But like I said, if anyone could give me some sort of rule to stick by as far as eating junk food goes, that would be great.
