Trying to loose =]

I am 15 and about 5 foot 11 inches, and around 230 pounds. I am a grappler and muy thai kick boxer, also i do some Brasian jiu jitsu. I have a bad ankle and it hurts when i jog sometimes. I would like to cut down in weight about 50 pounds or more for competitions for wrestling and such. I would like some help with dieting and excercise.

Whenever I diet i normally get very bad headaches before the day is over and i feel fatigue. Like if i would drink all water for the day and eat eggs and skim milk for breakfast with a sandwich at lunch by noon i will have a terrible head ache. I would like to stop this so I could stay on a consistant diet and get some good results.

Has far has excercise is two miles every other day good excercise? or should I increase. Currently I cannot run at all because of an ankle sprain but in about a week I will start out again slowly probly starting with a mile. I normally train just in my room with 15 and 20 pound dumbells I do curls, push ups, sit ups, and stuff of that sort, can you guys give me some more cardeo tips? Also is there a proper and more effective jogging method? I feel my feet hurt before I am tired at all

Epi--take some time to read through the stickies found on these forums--there is a ton of information there.

I am worried about the headaches you're having--have you talked to a doc? Can you post your diet? Headaches can come from improper nutrition--there are lots of very smart people here who can give you good advice if you post some specifics...
 
yeah okay so today i started slowly into my diet and i got a headache?

I woke up and I amde a strawberry banana smoothie, (its made from froozen bananas.strawberry, blended with 1& 1\2 cups of fat free milk with some honey and vanilla extract) along with a cinnamin raisin bagel with cream cheese.

In school I had turkey on a round roll with broccoli and carrot sticks. That was around 10, I wake up at 6. When I got home around 2 30ish I had a headache already for the last 2 hours or so, so I made another sandwich with cheese,salami,turkey. Along with a 800 mg advil and I rested. My blood pressure is 160/80 today which is very bad and i want to get it down. I have not eaten dinner yet but I will update you on that, any suggestions =]?
