Hey I'm new to this forum, but I am trying to loose my love handles because it seems I have a spare tire going around my waist. I be been working out and eating right for about two months and haven't noticed anything. I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on how do get them gone. There not to bad but I just stoped working out for a out a year or so and it seems all the weight I gained went there and nowhere else! Thank you in advanced
