Hey, I am a 16 year old male weighing in at about 185.5 lbs. My favorite thing to do is road biking, which i do as much as i can. I'd like to lose somewhere in the area of 30-40 pounds. Now the problem: I have no clue what to eat. How many calories should i consume in a day? How many calories should i burn exercising? Should i try weights, or is biking enough? I'm sure there are things to read out there to help me, but i'm extremely confused and new to this fitness thing. Could someone maybe point me in the right direction?
