Trying to fit in ....

Hi my name is Ally, i m 30 and I m trying to fit in my new life and my new mini dress !!!!!

by new life i mean newly single after a 8 year relationship and it s soo hard to refind myself ... but i m trying to be 30 and proud to b where i am now. Like I said ... i try!

so I started working out about a month ago... 3 to 5 times a week... and honnestly i m getting desperate!!!! my weight is going up!!! i mean WTF!

SO YES I eat more ... i m alwaysss hungry !! I cant help it :(
I m goin to continue working out and low carb as of tomorrow

so hope someone here is going to help and give me some tips :)

Welcome!! You look good in your photo! I noticed that I always felt hungry when I was actually thirsty - are you drinking enough water?
Having the courage to start is the hardest part - let us know what you are looking for and we can help you with the courage to keep going!! :)

i ve been looking arund everyones diaries... trying to get the courage to start one myself... i just feel like im so boring lol

and well ... my weight is doing good for some reason... do u think i can actually lose weight when I M ON TOM?

cause todays weight in 163.6
and i stated my tom wednesday .... i m a little confused lol :blush5: but happpy happy

It's possible. I've seen women on here say they see no difference at their TOM and keep on losing...and I see women say the opposite. For me...I almost always gain..hahaha...but then after it's done, the pounds come off really quick. I think it just depends on the woman. :)
