Hello folks ... my name is Lee. I suppose I should start off by saying, I'm a caveslave living under my g/f, I live on disability for severe depression/anxiety. It makes life rough, but I stick with it and don't let myself give up.
I've been fiddling with fitness and weight lifting for *many* years, but in the past year (mostly due to diet and worsening depression) I got badly out of shape.
So the past few months, I've been trying to do research, into the best exercises, proper form, good foods to eat, but I feel like I can't pull it all together into a focused picture, which is why I am here. Hopefully I can find more knowledge and assistance here, and start finding my inner strongman.

I'm 29 years old, 5'10, 240 lbs. My goals as of now are to lose fat from my body, while building strength and endurance. My resources at the moment are kinda limited (a bike, a standing heavybag, 2 pairs of dumbbells [10 and 20 lbs]). Being a caveslave, I am afforded an open, fluid schedule, and I do exercise, but, I feel like it has no focus, and like I make no progress. Better equipment is kinda outta the question at the moment ... so yea ...
