Hi everybody!
Today was my first day on the Atkins diet. I was really scared because I live off of sugary food. I only have one meal a day usually and everything else I eat consists of chocolate, cookies, etc. So this is supposed to be a really big challenge for me. Today went great! Surprisingly, I had no sugar cravings. I was very full all day. I did feel a little more tired than usual. But otherwise, everything was great! Do you guys think that because my body has so much sugar stored, it will make the weight loss quicker or that this would actually make it harder for me to lose weight? Anyways, I'm really excited and I hope that I can keep you guys updated! Starting off at 144 so here we go!
