Trying hard to be on track. Help!

Hi All -

I am a 36-yr old vegetarian woman - 5 ft tall, 125lbs - trying to lose about 15 pounds. I started out at 132 lbs about a month ago, and haven't been motivated for the last 2 weeks! I haven't been eating right. I don't exercise at all - I have an Elliptical in my garage - I should. I am looking for a support group to help me motivate to eat right and exercise.

Hope you'll find this forum helpful. You could perhaps start a diary in the diary section, a lot of members find it very helpful to keep a diary and get support through it.

Fast analysis.. the problem is right here:
IF you keep a machine out of sight, it will be unseen!
I believe that if you're serious about using any machine, you should put it in a place where you're practically tripping over it, and in a place where you can be entertained while you work out, by a radio, tv, or whatever.
Otherwise, it will be a very expensive coat hanger.
