I checked it out along time ago - I never actually signed up or paid or anything. My friend did though - and he was happy with it. I'm subscribed to the news letter I also am subscribed to turbulence training newletter (just search turbulence training) in google it'll come up right away. turbulence training seems more legit that Truth about abs. It has a big web sit with a forum and man who made i always send out GREAT new letters (which I also get). I learned about turbulence training through a truth about abs news letter.

It really depends..are you trying to gain muscle or lose weight. You can do both but this turbulence training seems to focus alot more on the muscle.

I also wondered about this program. Worth getting? Does it work? I heard some good words, but are not completely sure just yet

Get a 6pack in 6 weeks: all this stuff is rubbish! If you want a 6 pack, you need to remove all of your belly fat so that they become "visible"- it is nothing to do with fancy programs or millions of sit ups. Don't let these commercial guys fool you!

The best quote is six packs are made in the kitchen not in the gym. Everyone human alive already has a six pack the problem is most have adipose tissue cover them, so no matter how many crunches or ab routines that you do there will still be no visual difference. The key is to spend more time on diet and cardio instead of crunches because they won't get you that six pack you want.
