take kids to school and do some shopping

could not possibly eat anything else, i never feel like eating much in warm weather.

Do you have a push mower? takes me a while to cut my grass too! I love the excercise of it.. Its too cold here to do it now... think I am going into hibernation!

it is a walk behind slasher and lots of hard work, our small farm is ALL hills and the tractor is broken down at the moment :mad:

Interesting or Not so Interesing facts about me

Almost 2 years ago I was struck by lightning
 
Sunday was a lazy day spent playing the gameboy, no exercize and not much food either.

Monday

not feeling well and my youngest son was home from school sick, spent the day packing my eldest sons bag for school camp. didn't eat anything untill the evening when i ate a steak sandwich calories ???.

Today tuesday

finally made it back to the gym and had a good workout, increased my bench press from 3 set of 12 at 20 kg up to 30 kilo, horizontal leg press up to 80 kg and still a bit to light will increase the weight again tomorrow, increased the weigh on cross body pulls from 18 kg to 23 kg.

Have eaten a tin of tuna for the high protein value.

looking forward to the next few day while Llewellyn is on school camp.
 
Took the kids to the BMX track but my middle son fell of the side of a jump and was lucky to get lightly with only a sprained ankle, initially we thought he may have broken his leg.

Tuesday evening the power went out during a storm, the family went to Mcdonalds an i ate a chicken salad 215 calories including the dressing

Tuesday night we has a ferocious storm but only 2 trees came down so dammage was light compared to others who lost their roof and more :( Our house is built to strict building regulations because we live in a cyclone area unlike many of the older heritage buildings in town.

Our driveway was washed out so we can no longer drive up to the house untill we can get a grader in to fix it. on the positive side the extra 1km each way to the car will do my exercise program good.:D


Monday

fresh bannana for breakfast

took my youngest to school. My middle son is staying home today with his sprained and very swolen ankle, carried him on my back while shopping and the 1km each way to the car this morning.

Didn't make it to the gym as planned.

Lunch was cheese and bacon pasta not sure of the calories only has a small serving.

more storms are forcast for tonight but this is expected as we enter the wet season, I hope we dont get hit with any cyclones this season we are overdue for a big one.

My meal tonight will depend on whether we have electricity or not tonight for cooking.

The storms did not eventuate last night

ate chicken with homous and home made tabouli on lebenese bread

Started today with 20 minutes on the bike, time now to go and wake up the family and get them all ready for school and work.

Had a bad struggle with my ADHD son to get him to go to school today, I am dreading the phone ringing because it will probably be the school wanting me to bring him home :(

Made it to the gym, my trainer has increased my number of reps per set for my weight training from 12 to 15, this was a hard workout but still need more weight on the leg press.

Drank 2 bottles of energy drink (278 calories) should have only had 1. :(

I have chosen not to do much work today, will go outside and clean up some of the storm dammage if i can get the chainsaw started.

I little bit of destructive power might take my mind of my son, 11 am and still no phone call, looking good so far.

Hello, Just wanted to pop my head in here and say Hi. Good to have you here by the way. Sorry to hear about your son Honey but if they havent called then thats a good sign. I have 4 kids so I know how they can keep you worrying. Anyway I will be checkin up on you later. Hope you have a good day and try to be happy and try to think good thoughts.
 
Everything ended up ok for my son at school, he only lost his cool about 1/2 an hour befor normal end of school.

Ate some liver last night with salad about 300 calories but great on protein and iron.

Today

Much better start to the day, my youngest didn't fight about going to school today because he has swimming.

Morning Sweetie Well morning for me anyway..LOL. I love that photo god its so Beautiful there Im so jealous if I took a picture out of my window you could see all the hillbillies..LOL. Just not the same. Anyway wanted to pop in and say Hi. Glad things got better with your son Sweetie. Swimming will make any kid happy..LOL. Its sunday morning now with an update about friday and saturday

friday evening i was not feeling well did not eat and went to be early.

saturday was busy as usual, breakfast was tuna,

followed by getting the family reade and heading of to saturday morning cricket. My youngest showed some great skill improvement but was rather upset when he fell flat on his face and all he wanted was to talk to his best friend who moved to a different school a couple of months ago, I phoned her mother and they had a great chat on my mobile. He had a great day following that which made me feel better.

My eldests team lost again but he had fun

I drank about 2 litres of water in the hot morning sun.

Saturday afternoon let to the usual arguments when the kids had to clean their room, My middle son was a good helper :)

Saturday evening we had chinese takeaway, I ate mostly boiled rice and chinese vegetables with a small taste of the other yummy dishes.

This morning we have a big cleanup planned for the computer room and living room before it gets to hot to do anything.

Julie we have plenty of space for visitors if you bring a tent :D and we are less than 1 hour away from perfect beaches and world heritage listed Fraser Island with it's crystal clear freshwater lakes, rainforest and 95 mile beach.

Hi there!!! It seems like you have a great plan, and are getting plenty of exercise in!!! way to go sweetie =)

make sure that you are getting enough calories in each day... I noticed one of the days you were at only like 920 or something - I have always heard not to go beneath 1200 calories - that you need that many to stay healthy - especially with all the hard work you are doing!!!

I agree sometime I am not eating enough, it is hard for me in this heat, it takes my appetite away completely, yesterday is a good example

Yesterday (Sunday)

Consumed about 800 calories, mostly energy drinks to cope with the heat but just felt drained.

no exercise

it reached 38 degrees C here yesterday which when i change that to degrees F is 100.4 F. I don't know what the humidity was but it felt high.

Just wanted to stop in and see how your doing! I loved that picture.. it was beautiful! I wish it was still warm here! I would settle for 100.4 as long as it was warm. They are calling for snow here this week! :(
 
Christina I would gladly swap, I love the cold, my husband loves the heat.

Hi from further north rosered.

So far today I have made it into the gym and had a good workout

each exercise is 3 sets of 15 with 30 seconds rest between sets

increased my leg press weight to 90 kg (198 pounds)
upright rows to 40 kg (88 pounds)
shoulder press to 20 kg (44 pounds)

I am a bit depessed that I am still struggling with standing leg curls :(


Ate 1 can of tuna and 600 ml of orange juice (546 calories) so far
