Trouble zone workouts?

Not sure if this is the right place (new here) but I am wondering if anyone can suggest the best workouts for some trouble zones.

I'm getting married in June and have been watching what I eat, trying to eat healthier/better and have been trying to work out as much as I can (have a 2yo and 1yo twins). I'm down about 11 lbs, but am trying to tone certain areas as best I can in the next month and a half!

Thighs
Hips (trying to maybe drop a cpl pant sizes)
Arms
Lower abs (you know, the spare tire area!)

I have been doing Jillian Michaels "30 day shred" (beginner level) and that incorporates strenght/cardio/abs in 3 different circuits. I also have a 10 minute solution dvd with 5 different workouts that are done with a resistance band.

My total goal is to lose about 40-50 lbs. But to start I'd just like to lose as much as possible before the wedding. I try to only take in about 1300-1400 calories a day (was told to start at that so as I lose and hit a plateau I can go down a little in calories). I cut out the junk, if I crave chocolate I eat a speacial K bar. I've cut soda down to one a week and started drinking LOTS more water :)

Any body have any other tips?

So, to be the first one to say this, spot reducing fat and "toning" muscle is not really possible. Your body looses fat the places it wants to loose fat, and toning mostly comes down to loosing the fat covering the muscle :)

I'd say you're pretty much doing as much as you can, if you're hitting 1300-1400 kcal / day, including all things you eat and drink, getting your water, exercising then... the best thign you can do is stick with it and yeah... give yourself a pad on the back for changing your life :)

edit: if you do want to loose weight faster, I wouldn't at all suggest eating less calories, but... I mean... you can "always" increase your calorie usage, stand up and walk around more, do more exercising etc. but going below 1300 is a bad idea I'd say.
