Hi. I found this site looking for help with reasons as to why I am not losing weight! I have been in an active excersize program for at least 6 months. Usually 4 days a week of 30-40 min of cardio a day. I am not losing weight!! I have changed my diet, and eat more fruits, veggies, and natural foods. What is wrong with me? My thyroid is normal and so is most of my other labs. Any help out there? I feel like I am working my butt off, but it's not getting me where I want to be. I have struggled with weight loss my whole life and I am obese. I am trying to change my life for the better and its not helping! Any advice would be greatlly appreciated!:confuse
