I am a fairly fit girl. I ran track my whole life and now that i dont do it anymore I cant seem to get myself around working out. As a result Ive gained a few pounds. Its not much and is only noticeable to those who see me everyday but its enough to knock me outta my funk and ive recently started going back to the gym.
Because of track im used to lifting heavy weights but since ive stopped running and continued lifting, the fat built up over my muscle so my arms look bigger than they should.
I just want to know how to make my arms smaller. If there are any specific excercises to do. I know I shouldnt lift as heavy as usual bc that just builds up muscle and doesnt make arms smaller. Thanks.
