Todays goals: STILL need to drink that green tea, get some use out of my Swiss ball (seems like all I ever do is sit on it while at the computer) and remember to do my stretches because I have been so sore.
My scale is no longer within reach. Yesterday I had my husband lock it up, only to be taken out on my weigh days. But if it's not one thing it's another cause now my measuring tape is staring at me, aaarrrgg!
Thought I'd mention the experiment I tried yesterday for kicks. I took a tube of a clay facial masque that I don't like (dries my face out something terrible!) and used it to do a home made body wrap. Lol, I slathered it all over my tummy, wrapped it up with Saran Wrap, taped all that down, tightened it up with a waist cincher and took a nap under my electric blanket! I'm so goofy..... I lost half an inch from my waist (sure that will come back as soon as I drink something) but my skin feels so smooth now, I bet it would help with my stretch marks. I guess it's worth trying again (anything to remove those stretch marks!!)
