Traning motivation for beginners - Traningapps

My problem in the beginning of my traning is the motivation. My tip for everyone else is to use apps from your mobile. It is a big marked with hundredes of different apps and its really easy to use.. I ended up with Strava and Top Form. These two apps gives me motivation infront of every session and shares your results with your friends and helps you find new and good exercises. Try these, and share other great apps that has helped you with your training.
