training tips

hi everyone, im a new member, can anyone advice me on the following..im a 60 year old male, i have a few heath props, the one that permenant is nerve damage of both feet, however i train with weigts for 45mins 4 days a week, but recently i have been feeling anxiety, and stress after training, am i doing to much? any advice will be welcome,thanks.p.s sorry about the spelling, first time on a comp,lol.
 
Well, you're definitely not experiencing overtraining syndrome, if that's what you're asking, but you may be doing more than your system can handle. Or it may just be mental. Maybe you just need to do some relaxation work at the end of each session. It's impossible to say, really. Your other medical conditions could play into it, as could whatever medication you're on. If it's a problem, then whatever specialist/s you talk to about your conditions and prescriptions are probably the best people to talk to. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
