Over the past 2 months I have been taking Reductil. The first month I sat on my butt and did nothing but still lost 2kg (roughly 4 pounds). This month I haven't weighed myself but I have been back at the gym 3 - 4 times per week for around 45mins.
I want to stop taking the pill because:
1. I want to be able to credit weight loss to my own hard work and heart.
2. Yeah it stops me from being hungry and makes me feel full faster but it doesn't stop the fact that I can eat a whole bag of candy or a block of chocolate without feeling full. (emotional eating not so good yeah)
3. It costs heaps =x
I shall start taking Metformin instead. I used to take Metformin but after a very embarrassing experience after eating some spicy food I stopped. Now I know what to avoid I guess
I am just looking for some advice on stopping the Reductil and peoples experiences with Metformin - Specifically ladies with PCOS.
