Total Newbie!! ~ Suggestions very welcome..

Hi All!

This is the first forum I've ever participated in and I have no clue what I'm doing. Any suggestions/tips/thoughts would be most welcome.

Since I've been battling my weight most of my life and have yet again started to do something about it ~ I thought that this might be a way to stay on track and motivated (and a friend suggested I join a forum). So here goes nothing... :newbie:

On this forum you will find alot of everything you are looking for. I suggest looking at the diaries and the before-after threads, as they were the most inspirational for me. If you have questions about excersising, how to change your eating habits, or anything else i'm pretty sure you will find answers on these boards. The main thing that helped me throught my weight loss was accepting that this is a loong road, we as human in 2011 are too used to instant gratification, you have to accept that it will take alot of time and willpower, but trust me, nothing is imposible, and your life after is so much worth it. Anyway i won't be rambling more but i just wanted to tell you my 2cent on the top of my head right now.
