Hi everyone,

My name is Holly. I'm a stay-at-home mom of 2 boys (2 and 4). I am joining this forum to see if it will get me off of my rear end and maybe reduce the size of that rear end! I need to lose 35lbs or so of baby fat, and want a buddy to keep me accountable. Anyway, good luck to everyone, and hope to talk to you soon!

My name is Alexandra, and Ive been dieting and exersizing for a couple months now but I feel like I need some help. Ive lost about 10 pounds, but not in the area Id like. I have a not so bad tummy but my lower tummy is where I hold all my insecurity. I was wondering if I could get advice on that and being that Im a college student how to maximize my time at the gym in the morning before class.

At the gym I have access to ellipticals, treadmills, the big balls used to ab workouts, mats ect. I have an hour and a half in the morning to work out and I usually do 40 min cardio and the rest just ab work but I dont feel like im getting the results I should.
